S125 Service Associate

Description We are in search of a Call Center Customer Service Rep to join our team in the Payroll Services industry, located in Phoenix, AZ. In this position, you will be tasked with providing customer service in a client service center, handling inbound calls, and maintaining customer records. Responsibilities: Handling and responding to inbound calls from both active and terminated participants/employees of our clients Interacting with client/employer plan administrators through inbound calls Providing education on S125 products, our policies and procedures, and IRS guidelines and regulations Escalating tasks or documentation to other teams within the organization as necessary Developing and maintaining a basic working knowledge of the range of our products Utilizing various systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex Core Advanced, and ORS Ensuring all interactions are documented, and data entry tasks are performed accurately Maintaining a strong sense of prioritization and organization in your work Researching and resolving client claims and complaints effectively and in accordance with our policies and procedures.Requirements Demonstrable experience in Customer Service Proficient in Documentation, Planning, and Procedures Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a call center setting Proven expertise in handling Complaints and Prioritization of tasks Knowledge of Health Insurance and HRIS System preferred Experience in Employee Benefit Plan administration preferred Ability to Perform Data Entry tasks swiftly and accuratelyTalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
