Mortgage Closing Specialist (Long-Term)

Seeking experienced mortgage closing specialists to join one of the largest loan servicing companies in the country.Job Description & Responsibilities:

Review and Validate Documents: Ensure all mortgage documents are accurate and complete before closing.

Coordinate Closings: Schedule and manage loan closings, working closely with title companies, borrowers, and other stakeholders.

Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Problem-Solving: Assist with resolving any issues that arise during the closing process, including troubleshooting third-party orders (title, appraisal, etc.).

Job Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of recent mortgage closing and funding experience

Encompass software experience preferred

Excellent attention to detail and focused on quality

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Must be committed to be in the office full-time as this role is 100% onsite

Pay: $22-$24/HR depending on knowledge and experienceContract Duration: 4 month contract-to-hire (eligible for quarterly bonuses once hired on permanent)Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 7am-4:30pm (2-3 weeks)Post-Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pmLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85034 – ONSITE Full-TimeStart Date: November 4th #prioritywestAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
