Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous and efficient Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will be at the forefront of handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and troubleshooting network issues. This role provides a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be working in the tech industry, providing critical support to enhance our customer service experience.Responsibilities: Accurately processing customer applications and maintaining up-to-date customer records. Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Providing support for Microsoft Office 365 and ensuring its smooth operation. Leveraging your expertise in Active Directory to manage user accounts, groups, and system configuration. Troubleshooting network issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Ensuring all customer interactions and transactions adhere to company policies and guidelines. Collaborating with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards. Continuously updating your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service processes. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required for this role Solid understanding of network troubleshooting is essential Hands-on experience with Active Directory is necessary Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Strong customer service skills and ability to handle technical inquiries Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to keep up with advancements in technology and continuously improve skills Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous Relevant certifications in IT Support or related field will be considered a plus.
