Description We are in the process of hiring a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves the use of various technologies including Android Development, Cisco and Citrix Technologies, and Database management. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.Responsibilities: Providing technical support to clients, addressing and resolving any issues they may encounter. Utilizing Android Development skills to create and improve mobile applications. Leveraging Cisco Technologies to enhance network communication and data sharing. Applying Citrix Technologies knowledge to provide remote access solutions and virtualization. Managing and maintaining databases to ensure data integrity and security. Utilizing EO/IR systems in the monitoring and analysis of operational environments. Employing Active Directory to manage network resources efficiently. Supporting Apple Devices, ensuring they function properly within the network. Using skills in Computer Hardware to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues. Implementing Configuration Management strategies to maintain system consistency. Overseeing deployments, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
