Description Robert Half's client in North Phoenix is seeking a Full Stack Engineer/ Developer. This is an onsite role, in North Phoenix. What you will be doing: As a full stack engineer, you will provide technical leadership andvision to develop an engineering management database and user apps that span acrossengineering designs, material control, construction and more. You will ensure that the bestengineering practices are followed and that our software is designed to be responsive,reliable and maintainable. You will be a key influencer in our product vision, workingclosely with our engineering teams to create tailored software for our projects around theglobe. You will be part of a strong team in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment whereagile development is embraced and innovation is encouraged.What we are looking for: You are an experienced full stack engineer who has shippedgreat software. You have good experience on building scalable services, and clients thatconnect to them. You like building client applications and understand that a great user appnot only does the job, but does it with a great flow and look and feel. You love solving complex problems with simple code.Responsibilities● Architect, design, develop, and deploy engineering management database andfeatures for our engineering teams.● Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews.● Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop innovative, consumer facingdevice experiences using a variety of technologies.● Work with engineering team members to investigate design approaches, prototypenew technology and evaluate technical feasibility.● Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software with highvelocity.● Help define standards, implement them, and promote best practices for your team.● Work with stakeholders to identify long term opportunities, come up with technicalstrategies and create implementation plans for the team.● Write technical documentation and facilitate training for our engineering teams.Requirements Preferred qualifications● 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, codereviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsexperience● 3+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) ofnew and existing systems experience● Experience defining system architecture and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs● Proficiency in PostgreSQL and procedural language.● Extensive experience with ReactJs and frontend visualization libraries.● Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering teamTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
