If you are not interested but know someone who might be, please feel free to forward this info.Job Title: Desktop Support TechnicianLocation: Phoenix, AZ (100% onsite from day 1 - Local only to Phoenix area)Duration: 12+ months contract to hireSkill Requirements- Hardware/OS/Sys Admin - Advanced Media and Hardware Troubleshooting/installation- Networking - Networking troubleshooting- Customer Support - Customer service skillsQualifying Questions- Is contractor able to provide onsite support for client in Phoenix?- Is contractor familiar with hardware and media installations such as but not limited to: PC, Printer, Phone, Projectors, Speakers?Description Of Services- Install, configure and troubleshoot users PCs, printers, video, phones and network connectivity issues.- Monitor tickets in the Service Desk system - escalation monitoring, ticket status changes, report generation.- Conduct onboarding training programs to assist new employees in setting up their PCs.- Support local site infrastructure under the direction of Enterprise Technical Services- Maintain managed and unmanaged asset inventory including receiving, tagging, storing and updating electronic records.- Communicate technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel.
