About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Claims Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the physical inventory and valuation of contents damaged in residential and commercial property claims. You’ll assess items for restorability, prepare valuation reports, and ensure timely communication with clients and adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and complete physical inventories of affected contents.
Identify claim types and apply appropriate valuation methods.
Determine whether items should be restored, repaired, cleaned, or replaced.
Communicate updates and progress to adjusters and policyholders.
Ensure accurate and timely pricing using Like, Kind, and Quality (LKQ) standards.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in diverse environments (cold, heat, rain, debris, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and related software.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including managing challenging situations and people.
