We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repairs in both residential and commercial properties.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, repairing drywall and basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Install appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
- Handle plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Keep accurate records of work performed in company provided phone application.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
