Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Phoenix, Maryland and some days remote.Work EnvironmentOur office is composed of 30 professionals distributed among 4 multidisciplinary work groups. Each group has a lead, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We value both in-office engagement and external social activities, such as baseball outings and chili cookouts. Our beautiful new office supports a balanced work life with core hours from 9 AM to 4 PM, allowing for an 8-hour workday, and flexible scheduling options during the summer.
