Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Legal industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is a Biltmore Bilingual Spanish Receptionist, which involves a wide range of responsibilities such as handling customer inquiries, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records. It is an essential role that supports our team by providing high-quality service to our clients.Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and resolving issues. Use your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking clients. Manage the multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are directed to the correct individuals or departments. Organize and maintain files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable. Process customer data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth operations. Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks and communicate internally. Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our clients. Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
