Unit DescriptionSodexo Live!'s Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opening for a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef to support the team at the Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the Phoenix International Airport in Phoenix, AZ . We are looking for a manager with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our growing team. Sodexo will be operating and managing this exclusive, luxury airport lounge. The lounge will offer toptier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings to it's elite guests. Position reports to the Executive Chef.The successful candidate will:

be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking;

supervision of large-scale batch cooking;

ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;

have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;

ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or

have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
