Looking for a new direction and added income. Architect licensed in Arizona, must be interested in being part of a team to design / draft and develop acad drawings, produce plans, coordinate engineers and compile plans for submittals. Will consider per project basis as well. Project experience should include, commercial and residential. Buildings, Tenant Improvements, Restaurants, Medical, Industrial, any others. Residential experience in single family homes and multi residential is also preferred. The future holds an opportunity which can be discussed. NCARB certification is not required but preferred. Also looking for a production oriented project manager in full time drafting .
