SUMMARY:
Contact person for customers, and internal staff. Schedule customer showroom appointments, generate service tickets, and data entry for system agreements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
The employee is expected to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
Perform duties via phone, e-mails, and in-person interaction.
Perform duties for daily operations in a timely fashion, addressing all requests on the same business day.
Follow established procedures and policies for work processes.
Work as a team with other Coordinators, field personnel, and internal staff to accomplish department goals. Take
ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent work history in customer service and excellent work references are a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/task satisfactorily. Must be computer and software literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
