Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team onsite in Mesa, AZ. This position involves handling either inbound/outbound calls, assisting students with inquiries related to financial aid or admissions for vocational and trade programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle high call volumes. Whether assisting students with financial aid or following up on admissions interest, this role requires a professional, empathetic approach and the ability to manage objections confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Calls:

Handle calls from students seeking financial aid to continue their education in a vocational or trade program.

Gather necessary details from students and provide them with resources and guidance to navigate the financial aid process.

Assist students in understanding their financial aid options, application processes, and eligibility requirements.

Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to warm leads of students who have expressed interest in vocational or trade programs.

Engage with students to assess their continued interest and help them move forward in the admissions process.

Overcome objections and handle rebuttals, aiming to convert leads into students ready to move forward with admissions.

Meet daily and weekly call goals, focusing on securing as many "YES" responses as possible.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Confidence in handling objections and providing rebuttals, especially for outbound calls.

Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment (inbound or outbound).

Customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.

Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Must be available to work within the specified hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
