Responsibilities:
- Approach customers in the Home Depot store and invite them to participate in a water quality survey
- Survey in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to company guidelines
- Provide accurate and honest information about our products and services
- Generate interest in our products and services by highlighting their benefits
- Meet or exceed performance targets for the number of surveys completed, as well as for generating leads and sales
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and represent our company in a way that reflects our values
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
