Job Description:
You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and booking in home appointments for our insurance partners. You will engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner, sparking interest and gathering essential information without collecting any personal or payment details. Your primary focus will be on initiating conversations, building rapport, and qualifying leads to ensure successful transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and preferences.
Collect relevant information without intruding into personal or payment details.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead data.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads.
Meet and exceed lead generation targets to maximize earnings.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience in lead generation or customer service is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
