ABOUT YOU:
PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSE (required)
Small Agency Customer Service Experience
Successful track record of executing service & retention activities
Willing to make daily outbound calls to existing clients
Excellent interpersonal skills - written, verbal & listening
Self-motivated, Self-determined, Ability to make policy change presentations
Engaging, empathetic personality, with high emotional intelligence
