Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Start Date: November 4th 2024
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Duration: Contract to Hire – (typically takes 6-9 months to convert to permanent employee)
Worksite Location: Tempe, AZ 85284
Training Hours (1st 4 weeks): Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Hours: All candidates MUST be available from 5a-10p 7 days a week. There will be a shift bid based on performance. Shift bid is at the end of training and rankings are based on total points on tests during training.
Job Description:
Customer service representative working in a call center environment
Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
Great customer service with high level attention to detail. Entering information accurately
Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
Qualifications:
1 year of call center experience (high volume calls in a medical office can be accepted if taking 40+ calls a day)
Strong tenure in previous roles
