Customer service counter representative needed IMMEDIATELY for family owned Drycleaner. Between 20-31 hours a week. Hours can be somewhat flexible. Minimum 5 years customer service experience in any customer service field. No dry cleaning experience required. Paid training. Looking for a self-motivated/hard-working individual as this is a fast-paced/independent position. Some heavy lifting as the clothes can be somewhat heavy. Strong organization and communication skills required.
Hours are Thursday 7am to 7pm, Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. These hours and days can be somewhat flexible. Looking for a long-term person as there is a lot of training in procedures involved. Must have reliable transportation.
Job consists of tagging clothes, taking in and giving out orders and pinning alterations on customers if needed (will train) Greeting customers with extremely friendly customer service. Light cleaning when there is down time.
