We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and managing customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Train and supervise customer service staff
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Minimal Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
