Role Overview

We are hiring Mystery Metrics Experts to evaluate real-world customer experiences and report your findings. Your work directly impacts service quality, training standards, and customer satisfaction for top brands nationwide.

Assignments vary by client and may include:

Visiting local stores and observing service interactions.

Calling businesses to evaluate staff friendliness and product knowledge.

Testing online or video-based customer support channels.

This role suits detail-oriented individuals who enjoy flexible, independent work and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Follow assignment briefs to visit, call, or interact online with businesses acting as a regular customer.

Observe staff behavior, product knowledge, and adherence to company service standards.

Record details using standardized checklists and short written summaries.

Submit accurate reports online within 24–72 hours of each assignment.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all project materials.

Requirements

Reside in the U.S. and be legally authorized to work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with basic tech tasks (logging in, note-taking, uploading photos/screenshots).

Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer for completing reports.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to follow detailed instructions.
