Hello,
I have a part time position with my company as a shipping manager. I have a home based business for 20+ years shipping my products around the world. We work from my nice home in Chandler Arizona. Cross streets are roughly the 101 freeway and Ray Rd. My house is near Chandler Whole Foods and Chandler Fashion Square Mall.
There is NO sales or cold calling involved.
Hours: 10:30 am to 5pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Some of these days and hours can be adjusted. I am a little flexible here. More on that in the details.
Your duties will be processing orders from my web site and filling orders in my home shipping office. Taking orders to the post office in your own car (about 2 miles round trip). Printing labels and labeling products. Folding boxes and keeping an eye on inventory levels. Keeping the shipping office clean. Eventually I hope to teach you how to answer customer emails. You will need to have experience and be comfortable working on a computer with a mouse. I use all Apple devices but there are only a few web based programs that I will teach you if you’re not familiar with Mac OS. You should have decent typing skills at the minimum. You need to be in good health and have full dexterity of all fingers and hands, not have back or disc problems, or any serious illness.
This position is not difficult but it requires focus and attention to details. I have a no cell phone policy except on your lunch break. There is a lot of basic math involved. It astonishes me how many educated people cheated their way through math class. There are a lot of product names to remember that go along with numbers, thus attention to detail is important.
Pay Rate is $16 to $23 per hour
$16 per hour cash to start as we work through training for a 2 to 3 weeks. Hopefully you are a quick learner. I will quickly move you up the pay scale over a couple of months. My pay philosophy, if you work hard and at a good pace and don’t waste time, I will pay you a higher hourly rate. I will 1099 you as a subcontractor initially to make sure this works for both of us.
We do not work major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). My wife and I are Christians but not religious. We are 420 friendly, get it?
We have 2 small dogs so if you’re allergic or don’t like dogs then no point in applying.

If I decide to hire you a background check is required. I could care less about drug charges and minor offenses. I will not hire people that are sex offenders, did violent crimes, or thieves.
We are covid careful and conscious and you should be too.

Although we ship mushroom spores, we do not grow mushrooms here. That is done in another country for these specific legal mushrooms spores. This is a home based business / shipping office for a busy website. You will have your own desk in a Stressless chair.
