PROJECT COORDINATOR– Manufacturing and Construction
Manufacturer and licensed installation contractor of exterior shade products is seeking experience dependable, hardworking individual to manage project processes and procedures from design through punch list.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or construction or related trade.
Project management experience a must with track record of cost saving on time and materials.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and planning skills.
Must be able to manage multiple projects, people, processes and subcontractors.
Responsible for estimating, design, material/equipment planning, production processes, contractor coordination and timely billing.
Excel, MS Project Management, Adobe and other PM programs.
History of success streamlining processes and negotiating best pricing from vendors and contractors.
Interaction with clients and vendors on a daily basis in a positive professional manner.
May involve lending a hand in the field working side by side with installers.
Able to read & understand blueprints & site plans
Commitment to quality workmanship and takes pride in their work.
Site visits and overnight travel may be involved.
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required.
Must past physical, drug and e-verify screening.

Level 1 - Target Annual Earnings (TAE) $70,000-$90,000.00
Compensation is based on background, experience and productivity. Combination of salary plus % of top line company sales. Contractor or Employee options.
