From The Frame Up, a vintage auto parts and restoration business, has an opening for an associate needed for general accounting duties specific to retail sales orders and inventory management. Individual must be well organized, able to work unsupervised and have familiarity of auto part components.
Responsibilities include:
Day to day bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, etc.
Retail accounting of sales orders and processing orders thru end shipping.
Inventory accounting via purchaser orders and then receiving.
Qualifications:
First and foremost: detail oriented.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel.
Bookkeeping skills with QuickBooks desktop experience preferred.
General mechanical knowledge to help support company team when needed.
Background with automotive industry with preferred personal interest in cars.
Individual must also be a self-starter with leadership skills.
