CPA Firm has immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant. This position requires in-office presence – not remote. Full-time or Part-time hours available.
We are looking for a proactive, professional, and positive team player to join our team and provide support to other team members and clientele. Needs to have attention to detail and great communication skills.
Qualifications:
Professional Business Office Experience MINIMUM 3 years
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook MINIMUM 3 years
OneDrive experience a plus
Paperless or “Paper Lite” filing system a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the other team members.
Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Scan, maintain and organize important documents.
Printing and assembling reports and returns to be sent to client.
Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.
