Property Management Company and sister Property Maintenance Company is searching for an experienced bookkeeper / staff accountant to handle a variety of accounting and administrative duties. This is a currently a 20 to 30 hour per week position with the ideal candidate willing to split time between the two companies. This is also an in person, on-site position in Northeast Mesa. The ideal candidate will bring with them a history of reliability, accuracy, and an ability to work autonomously after training.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Use property management software to process A/P and A/R to and from various vendors and customers.
Use of QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to process company accounting.
Process company payroll for two companies using Intuit Online Payroll and by submitting data to company CPA.
File and pay monthly and quarterly payroll reports through Intuit payroll.
Create sales orders and handle invoicing for maintenance company in QuickBooks Online.
Correspond with vendors & order supplies.
Download and balance bank/credit card statements. Review for accuracy.
Compensation and benefits:
$25/hr to $30/hr DOE.
