Seeking an experienced and dedicated bookkeeper accounting manager to run our small accounting team. We are a logistics and brokerage company located in Mesa, Arizona and work in a small office setting. Candidate must be proficient with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have good customer service skills with complimentary phone etiquette. Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed. Candidate must be responsible, reliable and trustworthy. A person who is a team player and can demonstrate professionalism and good office conduct. Experience with our accounting software would be preferable.

Duties include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Month end and year end processing
- Billing
- Answering phones
- Getting the filing under control
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- Proficient in Peach Tree we currently use sage50 (with the possibility of changing to QuickBooks)
- Manage invoices.
- Managing ledger.
- Tax preparations for CPA
Pay is based on experience. Must be able to pass background check. Need Immediate hire!
