Owner Operator & Motor Carriers:
- Ability to always operate a heavy tractor-trailer, properly track and document activity logs.
- Communicate daily with the company and ensure customer service levels and efficiency of operations.
- Comply with all planned routes and meet all delivery schedules in the company mobile app.
- Follow step by step procedures when loading and unloading trailers.
- Obtain drop off completion through the designated app on your cell phone.
- Conducts pre & post trip inspection and reports any issues and/or incidents to dispatch.
- Readily available, while on duty, to answer dispatches via radio or app and respond in a timely manner.
- Assists with light maintenance and upkeep of your tractor/equipment.
- Check weather conditions and road reports in the application before departure.
- Knowledge of applicable tractor driving rules and regulations (FMCSA & DOT).
- Follow Federal Regulated DOT laws and rest at appropriate times.
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking).
- Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD's, APP's, etc.).
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).
Schedule:
- Make your own schedule within reasonable guidelines.
- Owner Operators can run day or night schedules.
- Drivers are not compensated more for nights but you can work more efficiently with less drivers on the road (which can put more money in your pocket).
Rates:

Orientation:
- Ability to start driving immediately.
- More in-depth training provided for drivers that lack specific experience.
- Owner operator will receive tractor/trailer inspection and road test during training.
