We are looking for a qualified Mobile Home Park Manager for a Senior- Manufactured Home Community.
Great opportunity to earn a salary package of $31,500/year which includes free housing while working an average of 25 hours per week.

Job Duties Include:
Manage the overall park operations and maintenance of the community
Process applications
Process bills, collect rents, meter reads and lot inspections
Create and maintain work orders
Responsible for leasing storage spaces
Looking for qualified candidate who possesses the following skills:
Property Management experience - a plus, but not necessary
Must be organized and have good management skills
Must have good communication skills and be able to work independently
Computer skills using Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
Leadership skills, including interacting with vendors and staff
Must be able to manage a small crew
