OFFICE MANAGER POSITION
-Our Office Manager will support daily operations by maintaining phone calls, office procedures, ordering office supplies, managing front end, and supporting management team.
Job Responsibilities:
Front end support, accounts receivable, invoicing, managing supplies, bank deposits, and collecting online orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to multitask, stay organized, have strong communication and problem solving skills, a self motivator, detailed oriented, great customer service and a team player.
-This individual is usually the first point of contact for customers and must have an outgoing personality and strong background in customer service. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to; customer accounts and billing, receivables, and overseeing the office with day to day operations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of QuickBooks experience
Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and great attitude
Efficient organization, leadership, planning and time management skills
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
