Allied Temporary Services is currently hiring Material Handlers. We have daily or next day pay available. We are a leader in the staffing industry, and we take pride in our safety, quality and productivity.We are looking for a Material Handlers with forklift experience. You will be the primary contact for drivers dropping off and picking up loads.
Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading tanker trucks in a safe manner
Store raw materials safely
Model safety and housekeeping
Seek out and suggest opportunities for improvement
Able to work effectively in a self-directed work environment
Complete daily Pre-shift forklift inspections
Pre-shift area inspection to understand current and future needs for the shift
Immediately report any risks to production, coworkers and manager
Operate lift safely and effectively to maintain flow of materials to meet the customer demand
Immediately report and assist in investigating any incidents observed
Maintain assigned housekeeping area
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in warehouse or manufacturing
A background check and drug test are required for this position.
