In-Home Skilled Health Care needed, private home 20 minutes from town

We have an 88 year old gentleman that we are trying to bring home from hospital. He would need in-home Skilled Nursing Care. For this job, you would need to live with us. We are new to this and trying to figure out what is best for our loved one. He has a feeding tube for now, that may change if his throat improves. He is awake and alert, but needs help in and out of bed. For you, obviously your own room and bath, and if you are a horse person, 20 acres and stalls for horses.
