Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations
-Design strategy and set goals for growth
-Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
-Prepare regular reports
-Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
-Provide solutions to issues (e g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
-Ensure employees work productively
-Responsible for hiring and developing employees to build a strong team-building culture
Skills:

Requirements:
-2+ years of restaurant management experience required
-Knowledge of business processes and functions
