Job Description
Mohave Engineering Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced person for a Survey Party Chief position.
Duties/requirements include but are not limited to:
Have the ability to lead a crew or work alone with appropriate field equipment
Construction staking, topographic surveys, ALTA and boundary surveying
Field/staking calculations as required
Candidate must have strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to problem solve
Must have knowledge of operating and maintaining survey equipment (GPS, Robotic Total Station, Data Collectors, etc)
Possess competency with computers for use in day to day communications and paperwork.
Operate a company vehicle with current and valid driver's license
Ability to interact professionally with internal staff and clients
Must be willing to travel within the state of Arizona (including occasional overnight stays)
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in construction layout
