EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AT SELF STORAGE & RETAIL FACILITY (Fort Mohave)
Part-time office/maintenance position starting this month for a family-owned self-storage & retail facility in Fort Mohave AZ. Interviews will be held ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Leasing and sales
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing rentals using Sitelink software
- Opening and closing office
- Touring the property with new customers
- Vacating units, cutting & changing locks
- Communicating effectively with management, co-workers, retail tenants and customers
- Light custodial duties to include keeping office clean
- Light maintenance duties such as minor repairs of doors, gates, golf cart, etc.
- Contact and coordinate contractors when major maintenance is needed
- Assist in conducting storage auctions
Requirements
- Persuasive and sales-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Self-motivated, Self-starter
- Accomplish tasks with little or no supervision
- Comfortable driving a golf cart and/or walking the property daily
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus
- Good computer skills with knowledge in Excel and Word, as well as ability to learn and understand databases quickly. Experience with Sitelink is a plus.
- Must be available to work during our normal business hours, which are 9pm - 4pm on Thursday & Friday and 9am - Noon on Saturday.
- Previous experience in storage industry not required, but encouraged
Compensation & Hours
- Work days are always Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- 17 - 20 hours per week (part time)
- Pay is $13 per hour, plus multiple Bonus incentive programs
