We are looking for Apartment Leasing Consultants to assist with administrative duties, answering calls, touring and assisting new and existing residence. Must have great customer service. All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in apartment leasing or a minimum of one year customer Service and sales.
Experience a plus.

List of job requirements.
Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
