General Manager
Cousin Terry’s RV has been serving the Tri- state area since 1983, and we are looking to expand our Management team.
This is a high-energy environment where you will oversee our teams and work together to achieve our (Monthly/weekly or yearly?) goals. You will handle a wide range of customer interactions while ensuring everything runs smoothly, so the ability to quickly build rapport and understand customer needs is essential.
Job Description:
The General Manager will oversee day to day operations for Sales and Service
They will be expected to proactively implement new systems and processes to drive revenue and handle customer issues
Operational issues and inefficiencies will be handled at your level
Desired Skills and Experience
Prior retail management experience is a must.
Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.
Competitive sales nature in addition to being team oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good Attendance and Punctuality
High Sense of Urgency and Organization
Strong business communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize sales.
Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
