Provides professional nursing are and interventions to acutely ill neonates, pediatric, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patient populations.No two days in emergency nursing are ever the same. You’re a multitasker who can react quickly as you’ll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while you’re providing emergency triage to others. As part of our ER team, you’ll partner with an experienced clinical team to deliver stabilizing care to our patients by performing IV starts, foley catheter insertions, or aiding providers with chest tube insertions.To thrive as an ER nurse, you should exhibit teamwork, professionalism, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to take on additional projects such as patient experience initiatives. Two (2) years emergency room RN experience
ADN diploma from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
Current AZ RN license or a compact state RN license at the time of hire
American Heart Association BLS
American Heart Association ACLS
American Heart Association PALS (within 30 days)
Must exhibit genuine kindness and compassion for every individual that enters the hospital
