Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Computer skills.

Arizona License in professional area.

American Heart Association BLS.

Preferred:

Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care.

Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area.

Prior use of electronic health record.

Aquatics Lymphodemia orthopedics and neuro Physical Therapy experience highly preferred.
