Description Robert Half is thrilled to partner with a prestigious Fortune 500 healthcare client, seeking a dedicated ROI Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is critical for anyone passionate about significantly impacting the healthcare industry. As an ROI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the release of information (ROI) process, ensuring that all requests comply with the necessary regulations and guidelines. The ROI Specialist is essential in facilitating effective communication between healthcare providers, law firms, and other entities requesting information.Responsibilities:
Receive and review requests for medical information release.
Ensure requests comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Release approved requests to healthcare providers, law firms, etc.
Manage communication with hospitals and clinical teams for patient information.
Handle incoming calls and service requests from providers and members.
Provide information on network services and transfer members to clinical staff as needed.
Process referrals, incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
Experience in health administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and privacy laws is a plus but not required.
