ELECTRICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR
N.J. Shaum and Son, Inc. Electrical Contractors (NJS) has been providing quality electrical products and services to Northern Arizona since 1941. We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team.
The Service Coordinator is an important part of the NJS management team and provides critical support to multiple jobs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Service Coordinator Qualities:
The service Coordinator should have a general knowledge of construction.
Have good people skills and work well with others
Be a team player.
Have good written and oral communication skills.
Have good computer skills.
Be able to stay on top of multiple projects and good scheduling priority mindset.
Be able to direct and supervise others while showing respect.
Encourage your team to learn and grow.
Service Coordinator Duties:
Manage service agreements and keep current with contractual requirements/requests
Maintain documentation as needed
Review all daily reports as they are submitted
Prepare work orders for invoicing
Review and submit service department weekly payroll
Schedule and direct service techs efficiently
Mange approvals for work orders as needed
Issue Purchase Orders as needed
Coordinate material and equipment logistics for service technicians
Coordinates with other departments
Deal with difficult customers and customer complaints
Obtain building permits as needed
Handle all incoming phone calls and/or emails
Manage the dispatch board for efficient use of technicians and customer satisfaction
Assist the front office with clerical and other tasks as needed/assigned
