Maintenance Crew needs YOU
The Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician completing work orders, preventative maintenance and special projects. Their objective is to keep residences and property in safe and attractive condition.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or GED
Valid AZ Driver’s License
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Some trade knowledge/maintenance experience required
Good Communication Skills and computer knowledge necessary
Must be able to demonstrate positive senior interaction
Must pass Background
