Ok, so you have experience preparing taxes, -what now?

We're looking for people that (at least) have a year of experience as a paid tax professional. We're also looking for people with experience (3 years plus) that are also interested in management.
Credentials (E.A., CPA, etc) are a big plus. If you speak languages other than English, that's another huge plus.
