THE OPEN ROAD
The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We seek a Northern AZ-based Craft Consultant to help us share the Mother Road story with existing and prospective craft beer accounts. The Northern AZ territory includes but is not limited to Flagstaff, Lake Havasu, Kingman, Camp Verde, Cornville, Sedona, Winslow, Strawberry, Page, Jerome, and the Grand Canyon. The Northern AZ Craft Consultant also travels to accounts in New Mexico and Nevada.
The Craft Consultant positions Mother Road as a preferred business partner for our accounts in the Northern AZ Territory by building and maintaining relationships. Job responsibilities include:
-Planning and executing account visits
-Hosting events, samplings, tastings, and staff trainings
-Co-creating account-specific programs
-Working with distribution partners to service accounts
-Collaborating with and attending beer festivals

LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who excels in a competitive environment, enjoys building relationships, is reliable, can navigate complex social situations, thrives with independent goal-oriented work, and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus. A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of outside sales, client management, or account management experience. The winning candidate will demonstrate A-player performance in previous roles, and Mother Road cultural add.
A FULL TANK OF GAS
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000. NORTHERN ARIZONA
Our Northern Arizona based Craft Consultant must reside in Flagstaff or in one of the surrounding cities. Northern Arizona boasts one of the largest Ponderosa Pine forests in the world as well as world class rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running opportunities. The central location in the Southwest, between California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, lends itself to many weekend getaway possibilities.
