Privara Suites is hiring ambitious, commission-based sales agents to join our growing team. You’ll connect with Short-Term Rental professionals across the U.S., help them solve real problems with our automation tools, and earn great commissions doing it.
What You’ll Sell:
Automate guest messaging (check-in/out, reviews)
Centralize communication with guests
Capture more direct bookings
Build repeat stays through automated follow-ups
Responsibilities:
Make outreach to a minimum of 30 leads per day via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Use provided call and email scripts, with flexibility to adapt using your experience
Conduct short discovery/demo calls (10–15 minutes)
Follow up with leads and manage activity in our sales tracker
Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
Agents are provided:
Call and email scripts
Outreach templates
Materials to find and qualify leads
Tiered commission system:
Commission-only role — agents are expected to earn $500+ per week
Start at 8% commission
Increase to 12% upon hitting performance milestones
Bi-weekly pay on closed deals
Ideal Candidate:
Familiar with the short-term rental, Airbnb, or real estate industry
Experience selling CRM, SaaS, or services to real estate, hospitality, or STR businesses
Comfortable cold calling, sending emails, and messaging on LinkedIn
Organized and self-motivated — able to hit activity targets
Confident in handling objections and closing over the phone
Location:
Remote — open to U.S. and international candidates
Flexible schedule, but must meet outreach targets
