Wizards Hearth and Home is looking to hire a office assistant!
This is a full time position: Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays 9am to 1pm
Looking for a person that can work well in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Person needs to have great people skills, attention to detail, good math skills and excellent multitasking.
Duties included but not limited to: answering multi-line phone calls, scheduling appointments, calling customers, receiving product and product sales.
Starting wage: $15.50/hr/DOE
Benefits included are dental insurance
Experience not necessary but preferred. Willing to train the right person
Must be able to lift 40 pounds
