· with strong verbal and communications skills
· who is familiar with MS Office software, and have competent computer skills and knowledge of office software
Responsibilities:
· answering phone calls and fielding questions for customers
· collecting customer information and documents and recording them in industry software
· communicating customer information to the roofing crew and creating labor tickets
· preparing and sending invoices and following up with customers regarding invoices
· preparing a variety of business documents
· communicating with insurances companies and industry agencies
· preparing permit applications
· monitoring the company email
· coordinate with the accountant regarding payments
· assisting the owner and project manager with tasks as needed or assigned.
Qualifications: Must be18 years of age or older, have your own reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license
Preferred Experience but not required: Construction experience, customer service experience, office manager experience
