Novakinetics Aerosystems is a small manufacturing facility in Flagstaff that creates composite aircraft components and ballistic armor. We are currently hiring for composite technicians and no experience is necessary. Applicants must:
Be comfortable working with your hands and physically able to wear a respirator
Be reliable, ready to work as part of a team, and willing to learn new skills
Be able to provide your own transportation to and from work
Experience in composites, manufacturing, vehicle collision repair, or the construction industry are appreciated but not required.
We provide on-the-job training and pay starts at $20.00 per hour. After a 60-day probationary period employees have access to paid time off, health benefits, flexible hours, and tuition reimbursement for students enrolled part-time in qualifying college programs.
