Are you a seasoned line cook looking for something new? We are seeking an individual with line cooking experience to cook and help manage our food truck location in Parks. This position is for someone who works well on their own, and also with others. You must be comfortable operating in a commercial kitchen setting, and a food handlers card is requited. A food manager card will allow for more pay and is preferred.
This is an opportunity to run the show- from taking the orders at the window, handling the point of sale, to expediting multiple orders on the cook line. So, someone with good people skills, polite and with good communication skills is a must! With the right qualifications and experience, this person may also be in charge of developing weekly specials, conducting inventory and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
As this is a position for a person with kitchen experience, we are offering competitive pay. Starting at $18/hour + tips but this wage is determined on experience and may go up.
Hours of operation are usually 10am-3pm, and 3pm-8pm. We are hoping to open up to Wednesdays, but currently we are open Thursday-Sunday.
