We are looking to hire a General Manager for our Flagstaff AZ restaurant that will provide leadership to our cowboy themed breakfast and lunch restaurants.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring and training of back of house and front of house staff.
Coaching and providing leadership to the staff to aid in operating a successful and profitable restaurant.
Understanding and identifying opportunities in the Weekly Prime Management.
Focus on food quality and speed of service.
Focus on improving our systems including labor efficiency, food and inventory management and controllable costs.
Candidates will have the following qualifications:
3 years restaurant management experience required.
Self-driven leadership skills.
Very adaptive and quick to learning new processes and effecting change.
Proficient in problem solving and critical thinking.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled at building teams.
Compensation:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 salary per year
